Ms. Rose's career has included a rich variety of experiences from musical theater (summer stock to Broadway) to classical choral and orchestral music. Recent performances with the Chapel Choir have included Ein Deutsches Requiem by Johannes Brahms, Bach's Christmas Oratorio and Symphony of Psalms by Igor Stravinsky. Ms. Rose has conducted at Seija Ozawa Hall at Tanglewood and Carnegie Hall in New York, among other venues. Before coming to Princeton in 1992, Ms. Rose was the assistant conductor and pianist of the New York Choral Society and Director of Music at the First Congregational Chruch in Stockbridge, Massachusetts. She has also served as the Music Director of Berkshire Bach Society in Massachusetts. Ms. Rose is a graduate of the School of Sacred Music at Union Theological Seminary and Michigan State University, where she studied with Corliss Arnold. In 2008, she received the Unitas Distinguished Alumni/ae Award from Union Theological Seminary.
